Shipping Information
We strive to ensure that your jewelry reaches you in a timely manner, with the utmost care.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Jewelry already available on our website will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Pieces: These will be shipped within 2–3 weeks after the order is placed.
Custom Pieces: Custom designs generally take 2–8 weeks to be fully handcrafted and ready for shipping, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We ship worldwide, and additional shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final price during checkout.
If you are located in Antwerp or Brussels, you may choose to pick up your order in person.
Taxes & Duties
For shipments within the EU: Prices include VAT.
For shipments outside the EU: Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or transport fees incurred during delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for exchange if the item is returned intact, in its original packaging, and within two weeks of delivery.
Custom or Commissioned Pieces: Unfortunately, custom-designed or unique pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we have agreed on a design and size, and you have validated the wax model before casting, the sale is considered final.
Exchange Options:
If you purchased a ready-made piece, you may exchange it for another jewel of equal value.
In Case of Damage
If your order arrives damaged, we will repair it at no cost to you.
Warranty: All pieces come with a 3-month guarantee. If an issue arises during this period, please contact us for assistance.
Post-Warranty Repairs: If your jewelry requires repair after the warranty period, you may still reach out for advice or assistance. However, repairs or replacements beyond the guarantee period may incur a fee.
