Custom or unique pieces (commissions) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For custom orders, you will receive pictures of the wax model before casting. Once you approve the design and size, returns or exchanges will not be possible.
6.3 Exchange Options
If you purchased a pre-existing piece, exchanges are possible for a jewel of the same value.
